PURPOSE AND DEDICATION TO THE WORD OF GOD

This ministry is dedicated to being a "watchman", and presenting the Word of God with accuracy based upon absolute adherence to the written Word of God. Our hermeneutic is literal, and our eschatology is pre-millennial.

No "teaching" or "preaching" or doctrine will be presented here unless it is in COMPLETE CONFORMITY to what the Word of God says. In this day we are seeing many questionable signs and wonders accompanied by some teachings and doctrine that need to be seriously examined. We simply cannot just accept the "face" message delivered, but must examine it thoroughly, and see WHERE the message leads us in relation to what the scripture (all of it) says. In Deuteronomy, God gives us a guide by which to judge a "prophet" (see Deut. 13 & 18) . He even tells us that he will allow a false prophet to be accompanied by miracles and signs, so as to test us, to see if we will be led astray from the truth of His word (Deut 13:1-3).

We seriously doubt that many of the preachers of this time will openly espouse "following after other gods", but we must look to see if what they say or teach will lead us away from what we KNOW, by the Word of God, is the one True God. Unfortunately, many of todays' teachings will do just that, even though they may, on the face of it, preach only Jesus and God. For example, Our God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The God of Islam, according to some, is supposed to be the same God. And yet, what Mohammed espoused as God is not the same as the God we know through Jesus and His Word. Others are teaching that there are many ways to God, and some declare openly that everyone will eventually be saved.....including the devil!

In Amos 7:8, God says "behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people, and I will not pass by them again". God did set His plumbline in the midst of Israel in the form and person of Jesus of Nazareth. It is against this plumbline that we must measure everything we say, everything we do, and everything we build. If a teaching, no matter how right it sounds, leads at ANY point to a variation from what we know that Jesus was, is, said or taught, then that teaching IS WRONG.

It is our aim to exhort every believer to study the scriptures for themselves, to "see whether those things were so" (Acts 17:11). It is also our aim and purpose to lift up the person and name of Jesus so that by some means others may come to know Him, and believe in Him.

What we believe

WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God for faith and practice, and without error in the original autographs.

WE BELIEVE that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood and in His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

WE BELIEVE that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential.

WE BELIEVE in the gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a Godly and fruitful life.

WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of the saved unto the resurrection of life and those whot are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

WE BELIEVE in the Church-the Body of Christ consisting of born - again believers and in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

WE BELIEVE in the imminent return of Christ in person, bodily, visibly and that He will establish His Kingdom on this earth with His saints.

WHO WE ARE

  We are Frank (Hank) and Beverly (Bev) Beymer. We reside in Texas and are members of The Body Of Christ. We have been married 38 years and are still very much in love and find each year together brings us even closer. We give God the credit for that and everything else good in our lives together. We have three children, seven grandsons and two granddaughters.

We began our ministry in music and preaching. Mostly music for years and the Lord has given us some terrific and beautiful songs, and, Lord willing, we will be making them available to you soon. We traveled across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona for 12 years while we were being taught about the Body of Christ and have become what we have termed "Inter-denominational", simply meaning, we believe there are saved members of the Body of Christ in ALL Christian denominations. We have sung at, visited with, or ministered in churches of almost all denominations. Over the past 30 years, we have served in the following:

God has been most gracious and kind to us and has taken us on a journey beyond our expectations (and still is!).
